I’ll be honest—I’m way too busy to keep up with fashion month. And with the rise of social media, checking my phone for a few front-row Instagram pics is way quicker than riffling through entire collections online.
But when I saw some of the outfits from the latest Saint Laurent show, I knew I needed to see it all.
I mean, this was the opening look.

The whole show was black leather, fishnet and sparkles. The ultimate punk meets girly looks, which is my style goal.
While the collection definitely had its roots in the 80s, it still felt incredibly modern. Honestly I could wear almost every piece from the show (if only I had the opportunity!), which is difficult to say about most runway collections.
Hedi Slimane even managed to still include a signature suit, complete with skinny tie.
And in a nearly all-black collection, everyone was excited for this technicolor fur coat.
The hair and makeup was obviously to die for with I-don’t-give-a-damn winged eyeliner and bright lips.
Overall, the tone was beautiful bad asses, which is all I ever want to be.
